• delays;
• errors;

EDUCATIONAL USE ONLY / NO SIGNAL SERVICE / NO MONEY MANAGEMENT

Set and Forget Trading Community is an educational community.

Neither Alfonso Moreno Gomez nor the community:

• manages your funds;
• receives authority to trade on your behalf;
• provides individualized portfolio advice;
• provides discretionary trading management;
• acts as your broker, intermediary or financial adviser;
• guarantees any result;
• provides a signal service.

Any apparent trade setup, market bias, chart marking, level, zone, imbalance, analysis or commentary is educational material only.

MEMBERSHIP, ACCESS AND DIGITAL CONTENT

By purchasing a membership, course or digital access product, you purchase a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the digital educational service according to the membership or product purchased.

Access levels may vary by product, plan, duration, offer or pricing page.

The Provider may modify, reorganize, update, remove or replace content, sections, lessons, forums, features or service structure where reasonably necessary for business, technical, legal, security or educational reasons.

No purchase grants ownership of the platform, content or intellectual property.

SUBSCRIPTIONS, RENEWALS AND CANCELLATION

Where a plan is sold on a recurring basis, your subscription will renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected at checkout, unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

You may cancel future renewals from your account settings or by contacting support, subject to the conditions shown at checkout and in your account.

Cancellation stops future renewals only. It does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid, unless required by law or expressly stated in a specific refund policy.

Failure to pay, payment reversal, chargeback, fraud concerns or breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / DIGITAL CONTENT CONSENT

If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, statutory consumer rules may apply to your purchase. Under Spanish consumer law, digital content not supplied on a tangible medium has specific withdrawal rules, and the loss of the withdrawal right depends on the legal conditions being met, including prior express consent and acknowledgement by the consumer when execution begins.

Accordingly, where access to digital content or digital services begins immediately after purchase, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge, where legally applicable, that you may lose your right of withdrawal once execution has begun or once the service has been fully performed in accordance with applicable law.

This consent should also be mirrored in your checkout wording with an unticked checkbox. Do not leave this only inside the Terms.

COMMUNITY RULES AND MEMBER CONDUCT

o maintain a serious educational environment, members must behave respectfully and lawfully.

You agree not to:

• harass, insult, threaten or abuse others;
• spam, advertise or self-promote without permission;
• publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene or misleading content;
• impersonate others;
• share confidential or proprietary community materials;
• post illegal financial promotions;
• manipulate, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the platform;
• attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas or user accounts;
• publish copied or redistributed course content.

The Provider may moderate, edit, restrict, suspend or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts for rule breaches, misuse, disruption, piracy, abusive conduct, suspected fraud or legal risk.

This may be done without refund where the breach is serious.

NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY

Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the website and community available, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.

The service may be unavailable due to:

• maintenance;
• software updates;
• hosting failures;
• cyber incidents;
• third-party outages;
• force majeure;
• technical errors;
• events outside reasonable control.

The Provider is not liable for temporary interruptions, delays, bugs or unavailability.

Your membership does not grant any right to:

The content is licensed to you strictly for your own personal learning.

Any unauthorized copying, sharing, resale or redistribution may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

ACCOUNT SHARING PROHIBITED

Your account is personal and may not be shared, sold, transferred or used by other persons.

Any suspected shared access, credential sharing, abnormal login behaviour, scraping, piracy or redistribution may lead to suspension or permanent termination without refund.

PAYMENTS

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal or other payment processors.

The Provider does not store full card details unless explicitly stated by the payment processor workflow. Payment processing is subject to the relevant third-party provider’s terms and privacy practices.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are correct and that your payment method is valid.

REFUNDS

Unless a specific product page, offer page or checkout page states otherwise, digital products, memberships and subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted, subject always to any non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.

Any refund exception, if offered, applies only according to the exact terms published for that specific offer.

Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in suspension or permanent account closure.

TERMINATION

The Provider may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without prior notice, if:

• you breach these Terms;
• you misuse the community;
• you infringe copyright;

• you create legal or security risk;
• payment fails or is reversed;
• continued access is not commercially, technically or legally viable.

INDEMNITY

EXPRESS ACCEPTANCE
